For whom, for what

Support for moments when life is changing shape.

Three kinds of transition. Each one deserves a steady frame.

Life transitions

When something breaks, ends, or reshapes itself. A space to name what's pushing back and find your internal compass again.

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Grief and separation
  • Loss of meaning
  • Identity reconstruction

Career transitions

When work drains more than it fuels, or a change is brewing. Sorting things out before acting.

  • Burnout and exhaustion
  • Career change
  • Motivation and clarity
  • Workplace conflict

Cultural transitions

For people living between languages, countries, or life stages. Turning dual belonging into a resource rather than a tension.

  • Expatriation and returning
  • Living between languages
  • Dual identity
  • Anchoring at a distance

About

Judy Turcotte, R.S.W.

I've been a social worker in independent practice since 2023, after more than ten years of psychosocial intervention in Québec, Alberta and Spain. Graduate of Université Laval, member in good standing of OTSTCFQ.

Three countries, three languages, one core idea: transitions are not crossed alone. What I offer is a steady frame so you can move through them at your own pace, with a professional ear, without judgment, and in the language you think in most clearly.
